Legion Logistics Announces LegionEMS™
Florence, KY – Legion Logistics is excited to announce the launch of their new proprietary customer portal website, LegionEMS™, which allows customers to track their shipments in real time. Combined with LegionTrack™ a geo-location service, Legion is now able to provide customers with real-time visibility of all shipments to help us become as transparent as possible.
“This innovation allows us to provide customer service on par with much larger companies,” said CEO Antony Coutsoftides. “And now, our customers can track their load as often as they would like without even having to pick up the phone.”
Customers who partner with Legion will benefit from the fact that LegionEMS™ is free to use, doesn’t require the download of an app, and allows them to monitor their loads every step of the way. The system is easy, simple to use, and works across all types of shipments.
“No customer wants to feel like they have no idea where their shipment is,” said Coutsoftides. “We want customers to know that we are always transparent, and we want to make it as easy as possible for our customers.”
LegionEMS™ is available now for all customers, and LegionTrack™ has had great success over the past three months of it being in effect. Both systems were developed in-house to further Legion’s plan to develop and maintain industry-leading technology.
“We understand that technology, tracking, and freight visibility are the future of logistics,” said Coutsoftides. “Therefore, we have focused intently on developing, launching and upgrading our technology from day one.”
