For instance, all of our full-time employees can take advantage of our medical, dental and vision plans, and we pay 60% of the medical premiums. After one year all employees, part-time and full-time, are eligible to participate in our 401k program that includes profit-sharing.
Compensation at the Legion is competitive, generous and limitless. Our sales team earns some of the highest commissions in the industry and our support staff is bonused based on department performance. We love writing big checks and we celebrate the success of all our staff members.
Our employees also have set pretty lofty goals for the company as far as community involvement. We participate in at least one community service event each quarter, run an annual United Way campaign, adopt a Northern Kentucky grade school class each year, and are always coming up with new and creative ways to support veterans.
It’s definitely not all work and no play at the Legion. We enjoy spending time together socially too, whether it be an impromptu Happy Hour gathering or a company sponsored event like extreme go-karting or a casino-themed anniversary party.
